Why use an event planner or concierge service?
As a Concierge service we take on a variety of roles and responsibilities for our clients, some of which are untraditional to an event planner. We are knowledgeable, experienced professionals who work alongside and for clients to ensure their event purpose is achieved- whilst not impacting their daily routine.
To achieve this, our roles and responsibilities are adaptable and individualised ranging from advising, researching, coordinating, booking, cleaning or being the event ‘host in disguise’. Our concierge service derives from our passion for assisting clients.
We believe that in order for our service to be successful we need to understand our client’s needs, expectations, values and purpose of the event and the level of assistance they require.
