What if we don’t like the recommended suppliers that you suggest?
Our consultants work hard to find out your purpose, values and expectations during the first consultation so that they can tailor and liaise with suppliers to see if they are right for you. During the second consultation our team will give you three recommendations for the suppliers and if by the 3rd you dislike them- we will find out why and give you a fourth option.
Can you organise catering services to come to our office for board meetings?
Yes we offer this as a service both for office meetings and any other event that clients would like to have catering for. This means that your office or home managers do not have to interrupt their normal routine as we provide everything that you need and set-up/set-down for you.
How is your service financially beneficial for a Doctor, specifically?
It is our commitment that our services are reasonably priced and we have the methods to invoice you for whatever services we provide you with. Unfortunately we do not provide any tax or legal advice regarding whether our services are a tax deduction or not.
How does the concierge package work in relation to corporate events?
Our concierge package is adaptable to any event the client can think of. Our team is just there to assist the main host with any jobs that they may forget to do. For corporates, we ensure your meetings have stationary requirements, name badges if needed, ensure caterers or other suppliers are on-track for your event.

Why do people need a travel advisor?
As a travel advisor we provide our clients with specific information regarding their trip including insider tips that have been trialled and tested. We tailor trips to ensure your time in the destination is not ‘business’ focused but instead allows clients to enjoy the destination outside of the office. Our consultants aim to narrow down the 1000’s of travel options that books, travel agents, friends and the internet give people and focus on what the purpose of your trip is, who is going, your interests and helping with the planning. We cut through the noise and give you facts about the destination.
Why aren’t you booking people’s holidays?
At this stage our business is working hard to excel in our events department and using the strong foundations that we have built that department on- transferable to our travel. Our overall businesses aim is to ensure our five principle commitments are evident across all our services and amongst the team. We are able to direct clients to where they can book their travel that we believe would be affordable and of value to their trip- however will not take responsibility for their trips.
Why is Disney such a huge part of your travel planning?
Our director, Tania worked at Disney World, Orlando Florida for 1year, therefore has a great depth of knowledge of best time to visit, insider ‘must do’s’ and ultimately can recommend the perfect trip for any age group. Tania has also visited Disneyland, Anehiem and Euro Disney- and has on-going communication with new and upcoming trends, changes and magic that awaits guests at the parks. There is no limit to our Disney knowledge of a perfect trip for any Disney Park that our clients choose to visit. The insider tips and knowledge will never fall short with our experts!
What if we only need assistance booking a catering company but want to do the rest of the planning on our own?
That’s perfectly fine! All our packages are customised to what the individual client requires and pricing will reflect this.
